Using Brumino
Brumino is a habit challenge app you play with friends, operated by MIVO STUDIO S.R.L. (Romania; details below). By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old.
Your account
Choose a display name that is not offensive or misleading. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and notes you post. You give us permission to store them and show them to the members of your group so the game works. Only post your own real check-ins, and do not include other people without their consent.
Be decent
Do not cheat the scoring, harass others, post illegal, sexual, violent or hateful content, or try to break or probe the service. You can report content and block people in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Coins and items
Coins and items are in-game rewards. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted if earned unfairly.
Health
Brumino is for fun and motivation, not medical advice. Choose habits that are safe for you.
Availability and liability
We try to keep Brumino running but cannot promise it is always available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Changes and ending
We will tell you in the app about meaningful changes to these terms. You can stop using Brumino at any time; we may end access for serious or repeated breaches.
Apple
These terms are between you and MIVO STUDIO S.R.L., not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
Governing law
Romanian law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
